Cairo, Egypt (CNN) -- Funeral services are planned Thursday for Coptic Christians killed in sectarian clashes in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, earlier this week.Thirteen people were killed and 90 wounded in fighting between Muslims and Coptic Christians on Tuesday, state-run Egyptian television reported Wednesday. It was not immediately clear how many of the victims were Christians.
